Applied Attachment Counseling and Consulting

My work is grounded in attachment theory and the belief that relationships shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us. I specialize in working with individuals and couples seeking to better understand patterns of communication, conflict, emotional disconnection, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship distress, and intimacy concerns. Using an attachment-based and relational approach, I help clients identify the underlying patterns driving their experiences so they can create stronger relationships, healthier communication, deeper emotional connection, and lasting change. My work includes individual therapy, couples therapy, sex therapy, and couples intensives for those seeking deeper, focused support. I have a special interest in Christian sex therapy and working with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, sexuality, relational wounds, shame, desire discrepancy, communication around sex, and the integration of faith and sexuality within relationships. In addition to therapy, I provide trainings, teaching, and consultation focused on relationships, attachment, communication, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, leadership dynamics, and relational health. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood while developing greater insight, connection, healing, and meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
